摘　　要：美国国防部颁布一系列政策等改革措施,以指导和规范国防部参与和采用非政府标准的活动。本文分析了美国国防部发布的《关于参与制定和采用非政府标准的指南》内容,介绍了美国国防部参与非政府标准的政策、方式、程序以及现状,结合我国军工行业采用民用标准的现状,凝练并提出进一步推进我国军工行业采用民用标准的建议。The U.S.Department of Defense has issued a series of policy and other reform measures to guide and regulate the Department’s participation in developing and adopting non-government standards.This paper analyzes the contents of the Guidelines on Participation in the Development and Use of Non-Government Standards issued by the U.S.Department of Defense,and introduces the policies,methods,procedures and current status of its engagement with non-government standards.Based on the current situation of the adoption of civil standards in China’s military industry,the paper puts forward suggestions to further promote the adoption of civil standards in China’s military industry.
