微型钢板固定联合外科舒筋洗熏洗治疗掌骨骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微型钢板内固定联合“外科舒筋洗”熏洗治疗掌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2020年1月—2023年1月河源市中医院收治的掌骨骨折患者65例作为研究对象,患者术后均行微型钢板固定治疗。依据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=32,增加外科舒筋洗熏洗治疗),干预3个月后,比较两组患者的骨折恢复效果、手掌功能恢复效果及睡眠、生活质量评分。结果两组治疗后FMA手部功能评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,中医证候评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组骨折愈合时间、TAM恢复正常活动范围时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预结束,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,ESCA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论掌骨骨折患者接受微型钢板内固定后,加用“外科舒筋洗”熏洗能加快骨折康复速度,促进骨折病灶愈合,降低术后并发症发生率,保障掌骨恢复的优良率。Objective To explore the clinical effi cacy of internal fi xation of miniature steel plate combined with‘surgical shujin washing’fumigation in the treatment of metacarpal fracture.Methods Select January 2020-202365 patients with metacarpal fracture admitted to Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and all of them were treated with microplate fi xation after surgery.Random number table method grouping,control group(33 cases),observation group(32 cases,add surgical shujin wash fumigation treatment),3 months after the intervention,compare the fracture healing effects,hand function recovery effects,and quality of life scores between two groups of patients.Results The FMA hand function scores of both groups were signifi cantly higher after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the TCM evidence scores were lower,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05),the fracture healing time and the time for TAM to return to the normal range of motion of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),at the end of intervention,PSQI score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and ESCA score was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After internal fi xation of metacarpal fracture with microplates,the addition of‘Surgical Shujin Wash’fumigation can accelerate the speed of fracture recovery,promote the healing of fracture foci,control the incidence of postoperative complications,and ensure the recovery of the metacarpal bone,which is of value for popularisation.
