中药湿敷疗法在恶性肿瘤辅助治疗中的应用

摘　　要：肿瘤并发症及治疗相关的不良反应严重影响患者治疗依从性和生活质量,现代医学疗效有待提高。湿敷疗法作为一种传统中医外治法,在临床应用多年,预防及治疗肿瘤并发症、治疗相关不良反应方面疗效显著。本文检索了近20年湿敷疗法在癌痛、化疗性静脉炎、便秘、手足综合征、放射性皮炎、术后淋巴水肿、靶向药所致皮疹方面的临床研究,梳理其疗效与安全性,为临床工作提供参考。Tumor complications and treatment-related adverse reactions seriously aff ect patients'treatment compliance and quality of life,and the effi cacy of modern medicine needs to be improved.As a traditional external therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine,wet compress therapy has been used in clinical practice for many years,and has remarkable effi cacy in preventing and treating tumor complications and treatment-related adverse eff ects.This paper searched the nearly 20 years of clinical studies on wet compress therapy in cancer pain,chemotherapy phlebitis,constipation,hand and foot syndrome,radiation dermatitis,and postoperative lymphedema to review its effi cacy and safety and provide reference for clinical work.
