摘　　要：基于新时代背景下土木工程行业面临技术更新换代、市场竞争加剧、生态环境恶化等多方面挑战,从国家发展战略、行业发展更新和专业转型迭代等不同角度剖析了土木工程学科转型升级的必然性和迫切性。结合土木工程学科的发展历程,揭示了该学科长久以来的历史使命和不断发展的内驱动力,进一步分析了其转型升级的必然趋势和方向。同时,结合新时代的需求和挑战,明确了以培养具有创新能力、国际视野和社会责任的土木工程师为主旨的培养目标,并提出了相应的人才培养策略,为土木工程学科发展提供有益的参考。Based on the challenges of tecnology updating,intensified market competition,and ecological environment deterioration in the field of civil engineering under the new time background,the inevitability and urgency of upgrading of civil engineering discipline are analyzed from diferent perspectives such as national development strategy,industry development renewal and professional transformation and iteration.Combined with the development process of civil engineering discipline,the long-term historical mission and the developing motivation of the discipline are revealed,and the inevitable trend and direction of its transformation and upgrading are further analyzed.At the same time,according to the needs and challenges of the new era,the training objectives of cultivating civil engineers with innovative ability,international vision and social responsibility are defined,and the corresponding talent training strategies are put forward to provide useful reference for the development of civil engineering discipline.
