内卷化冲击下高校贫困生奋斗观的反思与重塑

摘　　要：高校贫困生的奋斗观不仅关系个人和家庭的前途命运,也关乎国家和社会的长久发展。在如今升学、考编、就业等内卷化冲击下,高校贫困生在奋斗过程中容易表现出过于功利化、期望付出能够快速得到回报、不断与他人进行盲目攀比等思想或行为。这些价值观导致高校贫困生的奋斗急功近利,一旦受到挫折就容易变得消极躺平。所以高校贫困生应重塑奋斗观,他们应该以崇高理想为奋斗目标,在长期正确的坚持中不断提升能力,在自我成长中拥有奋斗获得感。The concept of struggle among impoverished college students is not only related to the future and destiny of individuals and families,but also to the long-term development of the country and society.Under the impact of internalization in current education,enrollment and employment,impoverished college students are prone to exhibiting thoughts or behaviors such as being too utilitarian,expecting quick rewards for their efforts,and constantly blindly comparing themselves with others in the process of struggle.These values lead to the struggle of impoverished college students who are eager for quick success and instant benefits,and once they are discouraged,they are prone to become passive and flat.Therefore,impoverished students in universities should reshape their outlook on struggle.They should aim for lofty ideals,continuously improve their abilities through long-term and correct persistence,and have a sense of achievement in their own growth through struggle.
