摘　　要：本文以新媒体背景下的民办高校党建与思想政治工作为研究对象,旨在探讨其现状、存在的问题以及相应的对策。通过分析当前新媒体的发展趋势和舆情监督的特点,调研民办高校党建与思想政治工作的实际情况,提升新媒体助力党建与思政工作的对策和建议,不断创新工作方式方法,建立新机制,增强实效性,以促进和民办高校党建与思想政治工作的深度融合。积极探索新媒体技术与党建与思政工作的创新融合,对民办高校落实“立德树人”根本任务具有重要的现实意义。This paper takes Party building and ideological and political work in private universities under the background of new media as the research object,aiming to explore its current situation,existing problems,and corresponding countermeasures:By analyzing the current development trend of new media and the characteristics of public opinion supervision and investigating the actual situation of Party building and ideological and political work in private universities,the strategies and suggestions for new media to assist Party building and ideological and political work are enhanced.And by continuously innovating work methods,establishing new mechanisms and enhancing effectiveness,it is aimed to promote deep integration of Party building and ideological and political work in private universities.Actively exploring the innovative integration of new media technology with Party building and ideological and political work has important practical significance for private universities to implement the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and cultivating talents".
