摘  要:目前我国正在积极推进国家资历框架的建立,而1+X证书制度可以看作是国家资历框架在各类专业的局部实践尝试,高职院校已广泛开展1+X证书制度试点。本文针对目前高职专业课程体系难以满足学生考取多个职业技能等级证书需要的问题,阐述了从课程体系、学习平台、师资队伍、配套制度等多方面推进1+X证书制度试点的落地。通过构建基于专业群的模块化课程体系,开发与整合信息化学习平台,打造协同合作的专兼职师资队伍,建立相关配套制度,从而满足学生个性化成长需求,促进人才培养质量的提升。At present,China is actively promoting the establishment of the national qualification framework,and the 1+X certificate system can be regarded as the local practice attempt of the national qualification framework in various majors.And higher vocational colleges have widely carried out the 1+X certificate system pilot.In view of this paper,the current higher vocational professional curriculum system is difficult to meet the needs of students to obtain multiple vocational skill level certificates.This paper expounds the implementation of the 1+X certificate system pilot from various aspects of the curriculum system,learning resources network platform,teaching staff,supporting system.By building a modular curriculum system based on professional groups,developing and integrating the learning resource network platform,building a cooperative full-time and part-time teachers and establishing relevant supporting systems,it is aimed to meet the personalized growth needs of students,and promote the improvement of the quality of talent training.
