摘　　要：目的编制神经外科ICU护士有创颅内压(ICP)监测知信行问卷并检验其信效度。方法以知信行理论为框架,在文献复习、质性访谈基础上,通过专家函询、预调查形成问卷初稿。调查河南省两所三级甲等医院410名神经外科ICU护士对问卷信效度进行检验。结果问卷包括4个维度,33个条目。探索性因子分析提取3个公因子,累计方差贡献率为74.581%。验证性因子分析各拟合指标均在可接受范围(χ^(2)/df=1.129,RMSEA=0.024,GFI=0.874,AGFI=0.856,IFI=0.926,CFI=0.923)。问卷内容效度指数(S~CVI)为0.83~1.00,各条目的I~CVI为0.81~1.00;问卷的总Cronbach'sα系数值为0.992,重测信度总系数为0.988。结论该问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为神经外科ICU护士知信行水平的评估工具,为针对性干预提供依据。Objective To compile a questionnaire for invasive intracranial pressure monitoring in neurocritical nurses and to test its reliability and validity.Methods Based on the theory of knowledge,belief and action,the first draft of the questionnaire was formed through expert correspondence and pre-investigation based on of literature review and qualitative interview.A total of 410 neurocritical nurses in two tertiary hospitals in Henan Province were investigated to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Results The questionnaire included 4 dimensions with a total of 33 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 74.581%.The fitting indexes of the confirmatory factor analysis were all within the acceptable range(χ^(2)/df=1.129,RMSEA=0.024,GFI=0.874,AGFI=0.856,IFI=0.926,CFI=0.923).The content validity index(S-CVI)of the questionnaire was 0.83-1.00,the I-CVI of each item was 0.81-1.00,the value of Cronbach'sαcoefficient was 0.992,and the reliability coefficient of retest was 0.988.Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an evaluation tool for neurocritical nurses,and provide a basis for targeted intervention.
