儿童舌微囊型淋巴管畸形药物硬化注射联合高频电凝术围术期精心护理的方法及效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析儿童舌微囊型淋巴管畸形(LM)药物硬化注射联合高频电凝术围术期精心护理的方法和效果。方法回顾性分析2018-10—2023-10郑州大学附属儿童医院行药物硬化注射联合高频电凝术治疗的5例舌微囊型LM患儿的临床资料。术前给予心理护理,术中行口腔护理,术后实施气道、舌体、营养护理和康复锻炼。定期随访,评估舌体和功能恢复效果。结果5例患儿术后均未发生感染、坏死、肺炎、误吸等并发症。术后6个月复查,患儿舌体均回缩至口腔内。结论精心围手术期护理能有效改善舌微囊型LM患儿的预后。Objective To summarize the nursing experience of 5 children's tongue microcapsules lymphatic malformations,and clarify the nursing value of children with microcapsules lymphatic malformation of child tongue microcapsules.Methods Five children with lingual microcystic lymphatic malformation who were admitted to the Children's Hospital of Zhengzhou University from October 2018 to October 2023 were used as the research subjects.The children were provided with preoperative psychological care,intraoperative oral care,and postoperative airway care.tongue body care,nutritional care,rehabilitation exercises,and regular follow-up to evaluate the tongue body and functional recovery.Results None of the 5 children had complications such as infection,necrosis,pneumonia,aspiration,etc.After the operation,the tongue body of all 5 children was retracted into the oral cavity review 6 months after the operation.Conclusion Adequate perioperative care can better improve the prognosis of children with tongue microcystic lymphatic malformation.
