摘　　要：从肥胖的基本病机及“小周天”对调整人体阴阳的独特作用入手,探讨基于“小周天”理论的温通针法治疗单纯性肥胖的机制,以期为临床治疗肥胖提供理论依据。The paper discussed the mechanism of warming-promotion needling method in the treatment of simple obesity based on the theory of"Xiaozhoutian"from the basic pathogenesis of obesity,the unique regulatory effects of"Xiaozhoutian"on Yin and Yang in human body,with a view to providing theorectical reference for clincial treatment of obesity.
