基于“一气周流”思想探析“开四关”的运用

摘　　要：基于黄元御“一气周流”理论探讨针灸中“开四关”所蕴含的中医学辨证思想,认为合谷、太冲作为“开四关”的代表之一,从“一气周流”的角度看,两穴配伍具有“禀金木之气合于升降之中,分调气血周流于全身上下”的作用。进而分析“四关穴”左右不同属性,并推论其适应范围,最后总结并验证“四关穴”之“左升右降”针刺方法。The author discussed the thinking of syndrome differentiation in TCM contained in the part of"opening four passes"[Siguan,containing Hegu(LI4)and Taichong(LR3)bilaterally]in acupuncture based on Huang Yuanyu′s academic theory of"primordial Qi circulation".Hegu and Taichong are one of the representatives of"opening four passes",and the compatibility of the two acupoints has the function of"ascending and descending the Qi of lung and liver,regulating Qi and blood circulation around the whole body"from the angle of"primordial Qi circulation".Then,different properties of the left and right sides of"Siguan acupoints"were analyzed to deduce its indication,consequently,"left ascending and right descending needling"needling for"Siguan acupoints"was summarized and verified.
