摘　　要：从实验动物的选择、线栓法的制备、术中的处理等影响因素入手,探讨线栓法制作大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型的研究进展,认为线栓法因具有不开颅、易操作、损害小等优势,可在脑缺血再灌注模型的制备中广泛应用,但影响其制模成功率的因素有很多种。The research progress in the preparation of rat models of middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)by suture-occluded method was investigated from the influencing factors such as the selection of experimental animals,the preparation of suture-occluded method and the intraoperative management.The method could be widely used in the preparation of MACO models because the method has the advantages of no craniotomy,easy operation and small damage,but there were many kinds of factors influencing the model preparation method.
