中药贴敷方对经股动脉穿刺行药物球囊预扩联合支架置入术后穿刺局部血肿伴疼痛的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药贴敷方外敷对因椎动脉狭窄行经股动脉穿刺药物球囊预扩联合支架置入治疗术后穿刺部位出现血肿伴疼痛的影响。方法:将52例经股动脉穿刺行药物球囊预扩联合支架置入治疗椎动脉狭窄术后穿刺局部血肿伴疼痛患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组予局部冷敷疗法治疗;观察组行中药贴敷方外敷,两组均连续治疗5天。治疗后比较两组穿刺局部硬结面积及视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分。结果:治疗后各时间点两组穿刺局部硬结面积均缩小(P<0.05),且观察组较同期对照组缩小程度更明显(P<0.05);各时间点两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组较同期对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药贴敷方外敷对因椎动脉狭窄行经股动脉穿刺药物球囊预扩联合支架置入治疗术后穿刺部位出现血肿伴疼痛的疗效明显,能减轻穿刺局部的肿胀、疼痛,且安全性高。Objective:To discuss the effects of herbal prescription for external application on localized hematoma with pain from puncture after the surgery of drug-coated balloon pre-dilation via femoral puncture and stent placement due to vertebral stenosis.Methods:All 52 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method with 26 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local cold compress therapy,and the observation group with herbal prescription for external applica-tion,both groups were treated for five days continuously.After the treatment,to compare the area of puncture localized sclerosis and VAS scores between both groups.Results:After the treatment,the reduction in the area of puncture localized sclerosis could be seen at all time points(P<0.05),the reduction in the observation group was more pronounced than that in the control group on the corresponding period(P<0.05);VAS scores were lowered in the two groups at all time points(P<0.05),the decrease of the observation group was more noticeable than that of the control group over the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal prescription for external application could gain definite effects in the treatment of localized hematoma with pain from puncture after the surgery of drug-coated balloon pre-dilation via femoral puncture and stent placement due to vertebral stenosis,it could relieve local swelling and pain of the puncture site with high safety.
