基于经筋理论应用颈痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察在经筋理论指导下应用颈痹汤治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将100例神经根型颈椎病患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组予尼美舒利缓释片和氟比洛芬凝胶贴膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用颈痹汤治疗。两组均以治疗1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组临床疗效、视觉模拟量表(visual analogue score,VAS)评分、颈椎活动度评分,并观察不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组有效率[94%(47/50)]高于对照组[80%(40/50)](P<0.05);治疗1周及2周后,两组VAS评分、颈椎活动度评分均降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低程度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论:颈痹汤能够有效改善神经根型颈椎病患者的颈椎功能,降低VAS评分,减轻患者痛苦,且无不良反应。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Jingbi Tang(Neck arthralgia decoction)in the treatment of nerve-root type cervical spondylosis under the guidance of"tendon theory".Methods:All 100 patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group according to random number table method with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with nimesulide sustained-release tablets and flurbiprofen cata-plasms,and the observation group took Jingbi Tang orally,one week was one course of the treatment for both groups,to observe clinical effects,VAS scores,the scores of cervical mobility after two courses of the treatment in the two groups,to explore the incidences of adverse reactions.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was[94%(47/50)],higher than[80%(40/50)]of the control group(P<0.05);after treating for one week and two weeks,VAS scores and the scores of cervical mobility were lowered obviously in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);no obvious adverse reaction occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:Jingbi Tang could effectively improve cervical function,reduce VAS scores,and relieve the patients'pain without adverse reactions.
