摘 要:为全面辨识聚合反应工艺的安全风险,以丙烯腈与二乙烯苯聚合反应合成交联共聚物为例,通过物料的热稳定性测试、反应量热实验、绝热加速量热实验和动力学模拟计算,开展全面的反应安全风险评估。根据评估结果,对工艺进行安全优化。通过降低引发剂偶氮二异丁腈投料比例、增加氯化钠溶液投料量,将工艺反应能够达到的最高温度(MTSR)从179.5℃降低至121.82℃,聚合反应工艺危险度由3级降低至1级,提升了聚合工艺的本质安全水平。In order to comprehensively identify the safety risks of the polymerization reaction process,taking the synthesis of cross-linked copolymers by the polymerization of acrylonitrile and divinylbenzene as an example,a comprehensive reaction safety risk assessment was carried out through the thermal stability test,reaction calorimetry experiment,adiabatic accelerated calorimetry experiment and kinetic simulation calculation of the material.Based on the results of the assessment,the process is optimized for safety.By reducing the proportion of initiator azodiisobutyronitrile and increasing the amount of sodium chloride solution,the maximum temperature(MTSR)that can be achieved in the process reaction was reduced from 179.5°C to 121.82°C,and the risk of the polymerization reaction was reduced from grade 3 to grade 1,which improved the intrinsic safety level of the polymerization process.
