摘 要:南宋道士白玉蟾的内丹养生学说向为古代中医药学所推崇。结合宋代思想文化背景和当时禅宗及道教其他学派对于身心关系的认识,阐释了白氏“以生为乐”生命价值观的思想实质;梳理了其关于身、心内涵及“性命双修”中二者关系的论述,以及他对于如何在自然、社会环境中进行身心调适的辨证认识;从儒道合流的角度提炼了白玉蟾宇宙观中关于身心、自然、社会同构而统于“道”的基本认识,同时分析了这一思想体系的构建过程。最后,通过联系西方生物心理社会医学模式的相关内容,探讨了白玉蟾相关论述对于如何认识中医传统身心健康思想的启示意义。Bai Yuchan,a Taoist from the Southern Song Dynasty,was highly esteemed in ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine for his internal alchemy theory.This paper examines Bai's philosophy of"finding delight in living"within the context of the Song Dynasty's cultural background and the understanding of the mind-body relationship by Chan Buddhism and other Taoist schools of thought at the time.It explores Bai's discussions on the meanings of the body and mind,and the relationship between them in the"cultivation of both essence and life"and his dialectical understanding of how to adjust the mind and body in natural and social environments.From the perspective of Confucian-Taoist synthesis,the paper distills Bai Yuchan's cosmic view on the interconnectedness of the body,mind,nature,and society under the concept of"Dao"and analyzes the construction process of this ideological system.Finally,by relating Bai Yuchan's theories to the Western biopsychosocial medical model,the paper explores the implications of Bai's writings for understanding traditional Chinese mind-body health concepts.
