摘 要:目的采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术分析相同产地不同时期采收的艳山姜中脂肪油化学成分。方法以石油醚(沸程为60~90℃)为提取溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取艳山姜脂肪油,并对其进行甲酯化,后采用GC-MS法分析鉴定其化学成分,并进行精密度、稳定性以及重复性实验分析。结果S1、S2和S3中分别检测出52、47和42种成分,包括脂肪族类成分53种,萜类及其衍生物成分17种。此外,(E)-labda-8(17),12-diene-15,16-dial(S1:13.19%;S2:11.38%;S3:14.42%)均是3批艳山姜脂肪油中含量最高的成分,S3中4-甲氧基-6-苯乙基-2H-吡喃-2-酮(S1:9.28%,S2:8.41%,S3:5.27%)和γ-木罗烯(S1:3.54%,S2:4.13%,S3:2.28%)的相对含量明显低于S1和S2,含量差异较大。结论对3批不同时期采收的艳山姜中脂肪油进行GC-MS分析,发现种类和数量变化不大,相同成分的含量有差异,且该分析方法精密度高,重复性好,稳定性优,为艳山姜脂肪油的质量控制与评价提供参考以及后续的药效学研究提供实验依据。Objective The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)technology was used to analyze the chemical composition of fatty oil in Alpinia zerumbet collected in different periods.Methods Using petroleum ether(Boiling range is 60-90℃)as the extraction solvent,the soxhlet extraction method was used to extract the Alpinia zerumbet fatty oil,and the methyl esterification was carried out.Then the GC-MS method was employed to analyze and identify the chemical composition,and carry out the precision,stability and repeatability experiment analysis.Results The 52,47,and 42 components were detected in S1,S2,and S3,including 53 kinds of aliphatic components,17 kinds of terpenoids and their derivatives.In addition,(E)-labda-8(17),12-diene-15,16-dial(S1:13.19%;S2:11.38%;S3:14.42%)was the component with the highest content in Alpinia zerumbet fatty oil.The 4-methoxy-6-phenethyl-2H-pyran-2-one(S1:9.28%,S2:8.41%,S3:5.27%)and gamma-muurolene(S1:3.54%,S2:4.13%,S3:2.28%)relative contents in S3 were significantly lower than that in S1 and S2.There was great difference in the content for different batches.Conclusion GC-MS analysis in three batches of Alpinia zerumbet fatty oil from different periods shows that the type and quantity did not change much,and the content of same component was different.Besides,the analytical method had high precision,good repeatability and excellent stability,which can provide a reference for the quality control and evaluation,and experimental basis for following-up pharmacodynamic research in Alpinia zerumbet fatty oil.
