摘 要:以兔毛、兔绒和常规黏胶纤维为原料,在分析兔毛、兔绒纤维微观结构以及性能的基础上,将兔毛、兔绒与黏胶纤维通过喷气涡流纺纺制成纱,并对混纺纱性能进行测试。试验结果表明,兔毛/黏胶纤维、兔绒/黏胶纤维喷气涡流混纺纱的透气性、吸湿性、抗菌性和耐水洗性等性能提升,并在一定程度上减少了掉毛,进一步提高了兔毛纤维的可纺性。Based on the analysis of the microstructure and properties of rabbit hair and rabbit fleece,rabbit hair,rabbit fleece and viscose fiber are innovatively spun into yarn by air-jet vortex spinning,and the properties blended yarn are tested.The test results show that the air permeability,moisture absorption,antibacterial property and washability of the air-jet vortex blended yarn of rabbit hair/viscose fiber and rabbit fleece/viscose fiber yarn improve,and the hair loss reduces to a certain extent,further improving the spinnability of rabbit hair fiber.The experimental results showed that the breathability,moisture absorption,antibacterial properties,and washability of rabbit hair/viscose fiber and rabbit velvet/viscose fiber jet vortex blended yarns were improved,and hair shedding was reduced to a certain extent,further improving the spinnability of rabbit hair fibers.
