摘  要:分析了氨基改性有机硅柔软剂H-TT的耐碱、耐电解质、耐高温稳定性,分析了柔软整理后织物表面形态的变化和氨基改性有机硅柔软剂质量浓度对织物抗起毛起球、顶破强力、柔软性、亲水性及颜色的影响。结果表明:氨基改性有机硅柔软剂H-TT具有良好的耐碱、耐电解质、耐高温稳定性;织物经柔软整理后,纤维表面会形成一层薄膜,导致织物的顶破强力、抗起毛起球性及亲水性降低,柔软性变好,而且对织物颜色影响较小。The stability of alkali resistance,electrolyte resistance and high temperature resistance of amino-modified silicone softener H-TT is analyzed,and the change in surface morphology of fabrics after soft finishing,and the effect of the dosage of amino-modified silicone softener on the fuzzing,pilling,bursting strength,softness,hydrophilicity and color of fabrics are analyzed.The results show thatamino modified silicone softener H-TT has good alkali resistance,electrolyte resistance,and high temperature stability;a film can be formed on the surface of the fibers after softening,resulting in a decrease in the bursting strength,surface fuzzing and pilling performance,and hydrophilicity,an improvement in softness,and less impact on the color of the fabrics.
