摘  要:为更好地利用单锭检测系统提高细纱产量和质量,降低车间工人劳动强度和企业生产成本,提高查找落后锭子的准确性,设计了一套基于无线射频识别技术(RFID)的粗纱对锭系统。该系统由外套电子标签的粗纱管、手持式读写器、数据库服务器及PC电脑端组成,并结合细纱机配套的单锭检测监控系统实现了对细纱断头原因的追溯。试验结果表明:挡车工及车间管理人员可以根据单锭检测监控系统显示的断头信息及时分析判断断头原因,快速定位引起纱线断头的落后锭子并及时解决存在的锭位问题。In order to better utilize the single spindle detection system to improve the output and quality of fine yarn,reduce the labor intensity of workshop workers and production costs of enterprises,and improve the accuracy of finding outdated spindles,a set of roving spindle detection system based on wireless radio frequency identification technology(RFID)is designed.The system consists of a roving tube with an electronic tag on the outer jacket,a handheld reader/writer,a database server,and a PC computer.Combined with the single spindle detection and monitoring system matched with the spinning machine,and it realizes the traceability of the cause of yarn breakage.The test results show that the blocking workers and workshop managers can timely analyze and determine the cause of yarn breakage based on the breakage information displayed by the single spindle detection monitoring system,quickly locate the lagging spindles that cause yarn breakage,and promptly solve the existing spindle position problems.
