摘  要:考虑玻璃钢游艇所受外载荷的不确定性和夹芯板力学性能的分散性,以某玻璃钢双体游艇为研究对象,以艇体载荷和结构强度为随机变量,构建艇体总纵极限强度的状态方程,对艇体总纵极限强度的结构可靠性计算方法进行研究。采用Rhino软件建立艇体模型,利用Maxsurf软件和Aqwa软件获得艇体的静水弯矩和波浪弯矩,再使用Abaqus/Explicit准静态分析获取危险舱段的极限强度,通过JC法求解可靠度指标,对艇体强度进行结构可靠性评估。实例计算结果表明,该方法切实可行,且满足船级社相关规范要求。Taking into account the uncertainties in external loads on fiberglass-reinforced plastic(FRP)yachts and the variations in the mechanical properties of sandwich panels,this study focuses on investigating the structural reliability calculation method for the longitudinal ultimate strength of a specific FRP catamaran yacht.By treating hull loads and structural strength as stochastic variables,a state equation was constructed to model the total longitudinal ultimate strength of the yacht s hull.The yacht model was created using Rhino software,and the static water bending moment and wave bending moment were determined using Maxsurf and Aqwa software,respectively.The ultimate strength of the critical section was obtained through quasi-static analysis using Abaqus/Explicit.The reliability index was then calculated using the JC method to assess the structural reliability of the yacht s strength.The results of the case study demonstrate the feasibility of this approach,which can meet the requirements of relevant classification societies.
