摘  要:以可燃生活垃圾中的主要成分——生活废纸和聚乙烯(polyethylene,PE)塑料为原料,采用微波加热,对纸张/PE共热解中产气释放过程、产气成分和产气率等特性的影响规律进行研究。实验结果表明:在600℃热解终温下,产气成分以CO、CO_(2)为主,约为35%~40%,其次为CH_(4)、H_(2),其他气体含量较低。随着微波功率的增加,热解产气各成分的产量都明显增加,且各产气析出温度及峰值温度向高温方向移动。随着物料中PE的混合比例增加,纸张/PE共热解产气率降低明显,焦油产率则明显增加,表明PE热解产物以焦油为主。在定热解终温的情况下,添加热解碳对热解产气成分的体积分数影响不大,但可有效提高热解产气量。Municipal solid waste(MSW)mainly consists of waste paper and polyethylene(PE)plastic.The gas release process,the composition of the produced gases,and the gas production rate during the co-pyrolysis of paper and PE from MSW by microwave heating have been investigated.It is show that,at 600℃final temperature,the main product gas components of pyrolysis are CO and CO_(2)(both about 35%-40%),followed by CH_(4)and H_(2),and other gases are less.As the microwave power increased,the production of each pyrolysis gas increases significantly.Gas initial and the peak evolution temperature of each gas moved in the direction of high temperature.With the increase of PE ratio,gas yield decreased significantly,while the liquid product yield increased significantly.This indicates that the pyrolysis products of PE are primarily composed of tar.At a constant pyrolysis final temperature,the addition of pyrolysis carbon has little effect on the composition of pyrolysis gas production,but it can effectively increase the pyrolysis gas production.The results of this study provide a theoretical foundation for promoting the development of thermal decomposition technology for combustible municipal solid waste under China s goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,enabling the production of distributed clean gas.
