摘　　要：科尼起重机在汽车行业的定制化起重机解决方案已有40多年的历史。在现代汽车制造的冲压车间中,生产的汽车车身零部件形状和尺寸各异,以满足多种车型的需求。这意味着用于冲压的模具组需要频繁更换,以确保生产周期的缩短和效率的提升。传统的起重机操作通常依赖于操作人员使用固定的吊索链进行模具更换和搬运,而随着技术的进步,现代模具的设计已考虑到这一点,四角均配有起吊吊耳,使起重机能够通过带载荷传感器的夹具轻松抓取模具,实现快速、准确的多层模具堆垛和存储。For over 40 years,Konecranes has been providing customized crane solutions for the automotive industry.In modern automotive manufacturing press shops,the body parts produced vary greatly in shape and size to meet the demands of multiple car models.This requires frequent mold changes to ensure shortened production cycles and increased efficiency.With advancements in technology,modern molds are designed with lifting lugs at all four corners,allowing cranes equipped with load-sensing grippers to easily grasp the molds,enabling swift and precise multi-layer mold stacking and storage.
