摘  要:文中针对不确定性引起的岸边集装箱起重机-泊位联合调度问题,考虑目前的低碳环保政策,以船舶作业时间最短、码头作业成本最低和碳排放量最少为目标建立多目标优化模型,设计了一种融入禁忌搜索算法的改进NSGA-Ⅲ算法求解优化模型,然后通过对算例进行仿真分析,结合多目标权重得出加权的最优调度方案,并通过算法对比验证了改进算法的有效性,为提高港口管理水平提供决策依据。Considering the current low-carbon environmental protection policy,a multi-objective optimization model was established with the objectives of the shortest ship operation time,the lowest terminal operation cost and the least carbon emission,and an improved NSGA-III algorithm incorporating tabu search algorithm was designed to solve the optimization model.Then,through the simulation analysis of an example,combined with multi-objective weights,the weighted optimal dispatching scheme was obtained,and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm was verified by algorithm comparison,which provides a decision basis for improving the port management level.
