摘 要:文中通过阐释密集存储系统托盘四向车解决方案在当前物流系统智能化、柔性化特点上的优势以及密集存储系统的组成。从核心调度算法中难点问题出发:通过研究不同的经典寻路方法解决多车路径规划算法的难点问题,分析了交通堵塞模型来解决多车交通管控问题。并以此建立完整的系统平台架构,开发了基于密集存储系统托盘四向车调度平台,并成功应用于项目上实现了系统高效配置和运行效率,填补了在密集存储调度领域的技术空白。In this paper,by explaining in detail the advantages of the pallet four-way vehicle scheme of the superintegrated storage system in the intelligent and flexible characteristics of the current logistics system and the composition of the superintegrated storage system,starting from the difficulty in the core scheduling algorithm,that is,by studying different classical path-finding methods to solve the difficult problems of the multi-vehicle path planning algorithm,the use of the traffic jam model in solving the multi-vehicle traffic control problem is analyzed.Based on this,a complete system platform was established,and a dispatching platform based on pallet four-way vehicles in superintegrated storage system was developed,which has been successfully applied to this project,realizing the efficient configuration and operation efficiency of the system and filling the technical gap in the field of superintegrated storage dispatching.
