摘 要:长距离带式输送机广泛应用于各个领域,托辊作为输送机的重要承载部件数量众多,对设备稳定运行具有重要作用。不同承载段托辊所处的工作环境也不尽相同,文中以某矿不同工作环境条件下、不同承载段的托辊为例,对不同工作环境下的托辊寿命进行理论和仿真分析,得出托辊的寿命情况。分析结果表明,凸弧段托辊寿命最短,凹弧段托辊寿命最长,粉尘越多,直径越大,对寿命的影响越大。Long distance belt conveyor is widely used in various fields.As an important bearing part of conveyor,idlers play an important role in the stable operation of equipment.The working environment of idlers in different bearing sections is also different.In this paper,taking the idlers with different working conditions and bearing sections in a mine as an example,the service life of idlers in different working environments was analyzed theoretically and simulated,and the service life of idlers was obtained.The analysis results show that the service life of the roller with convex arc section is the shortest,and that of the roller with concave arc section is the longest.The more dust and the larger diameter,the greater the impact on the service life.
