摘 要:港口装卸设备在作业过程中产生的机械势能常被忽视,导致能源浪费和碳排放增加。文中研究了一种势能回馈节能技术,通过回收并存储设备运行过程中产生的机械势能,在设备需要时释放,从而减少电力或柴油的消耗,实现节能减排的目标。首先,介绍了港口装卸设备势能回馈节能技术的基本原理和技术创新点,然后构建了实验系统并进行了验证,通过实验数据与理论分析的对比,证明了该技术的有效性。对2种港口典型装卸设备进行了实地测试,结果表明,在不同负载情况下,2种港口典型装卸设备均能显著回收能量,节能效果显著。特别是重载条件下,设备的能量回馈转化效率最高,分别可以达到78.38%、70.70%。实际工程应用案例分析显示,该技术在港口装卸设备中具有显著的节能效果和环境效益,具有广阔的应用前景。The mechanical potential energy generated by port loading and unloading equipment during operation is often wasted,which leads to energy waste and carbon emission increase.In this paper,a potential energy feedback energy-saving technology is studied.By recovering and storing the mechanical potential energy generated during the operation of the equipment and releasing it when the equipment is needed,the consumption of electricity or diesel oil is reduced,and the goal of energy saving and emission reduction is achieved.Firstly,the basic principle and technical innovation of energysaving technology of potential energy feedback for port handling equipment are introduced.Then,an experimental system was constructed and verified.By comparing experimental data with theoretical analysis,the effectiveness of this technology was verified.Two kinds of typical port loading and unloading equipment were tested on the spot.The results show that under different load conditions,the two kinds of typical port loading and unloading equipment can recover energy significantly,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.Especially with heavy loads,the energy feedback conversion efficiency of the equipment is the highest,which can reach 78.38%and 70.70%respectively.Case analysis in actual engineering application shows that this technology can remarkably save energy and brings environmental benefits in application of port loading and unloading equipment,and has a broad application prospect.
