摘 要:随着起重机特别是海洋工程起重机类产品起吊载荷的不断加大,为保证设计所需载荷需求,结构件特别是回转支撑法兰的尺寸也在一直加大,目前各起重机制造厂的回转法兰机加工设备加工范围已不满足需求。文中详细介绍了一种起重机用可变半径的大直径法兰端面加工装置,对原有设备进行创造性的改进,对动力、控制、刀盘进行升级,成功解决了大型起重机结构件大直径法兰端面的加工问题,可保证高质量地完成生产任务,成本低、效率高,针对起重机制造业的快速发展,是一种关键设备升级改造实现提档升级的借鉴方法。With the increasing lifting load of cranes,especially offshore crane products,the size of structural parts,especially slewing support flanges,has been increasing in order to ensure the load demand required by design.Now,the machining equipment of slewing flanges of crane manufacturers can not meet the demand.In this paper,a large-diameter flange end-face machining device with variable radius for crane is introduced in detail.The original equipment was creatively improved,and the power,control and cutter head were upgraded.The processing problem of large-diameter flange end face of large crane structure was successfully solved,which can ensure high-quality production tasks,low cost and high efficiency.It provides a reference method for the rapid development of crane manufacturing industry and the upgrading of key equipment.
