摘 要:当前医用防护口罩存在密合性与使用者佩戴舒适性差等问题。从医用防护口罩的标准、结构设计及佩戴者头面部特征3个方向进行对比分析,比较不同国家的医用防护口罩密合性要求,探讨口罩结构特点与密合性的关系,重点研究口罩密合性与佩戴者头面部特征的关联。发现现有标准制定和口罩结构设计均未能充分考虑人体头面部特征和尺寸差异。从头面部号型建立及结构调整与面料调整3个方向提出提升医用防护口罩密合性的建议,为未来口罩的设计提供理论参考。The current medical protective masks have problems such as poor tightness and wearing comfort.A comparative analy-sis was made from three aspects:the standard,the structural design,and the head and face characteristics of the wearer.The fit re-quirements of medical protective masks in different countries were compared,and the relationship between the structural features of the masks and the fit was explored,with a focus on the correlation between the fit of the masks and the head and facial features of the wearers.It was found that the existing standard formulation and mask structural design did not fully consider the human head and face features and size differences.The suggestions on how to improve the tightness of medical protective masks were put forward from the three directions of head shape building,structure adjustment and fabric adjustment,so as to provide theoretical reference for future mask design.
