摘 要:静电会吸附灰尘而影响服装服用性及穿着舒适性,严重时会引起电子元器件的损坏及产生电火花,引起安全生产事故。探讨静电产生原理,包含摩擦起电、感应起电、电荷迁移和破断起电,通过对产生静电原理的深入探讨,从3个方面提出如何减少或消除静电产生的措施。一方面提高环境湿度及选择合适材料来减少静电的产生,另一方面采取措施使已产生的静电快速泄露,再一方面用性质相反的电荷去中和已经产生的静电。该研究为抗静电面料的生产开发及工业生产中消除静电提供参考借鉴。Static electricity can adsorb dust and affect the wearability and comfort of clothing.In severe cases,it can cause damage to electronic components and generate electric sparks,leading to safety production accidents.The principles of electrostatic generation were mainly explored,including frictional electrification,induced electrification,charge migration,and breaking electrification.Through in-depth exploration of the principle of static electricity generation,measures to reduce or eliminate static electricity genera-tion were proposed from three aspects:increasing environmental humidity and selecting appropriate materials to reduce static electrici-ty generation;taking measures to quickly leak the generated static electricity;using opposite charges to neutralize the generated static electricity.It provides a reference for the production and development of anti-static fabrics and eliminating static electricity in industri-al production.
