摘  要:对于地质胶结疏松的油井,出砂严重已经成为制约油井产能的一大因素,常用的水力冲砂伴随着严重的漏失问题,而新型的泡沫冲砂技术又面临着难以携砂、消泡脱砂困难等一系列挑战。为此,通过正交实验筛选出一种由表面活性剂、聚合物稳泡剂、聚醚类消泡剂组成的复配发泡剂体系。实验表明,该体系具有消泡快、可再生、抗油侵、易携砂等优点。同时,通过研究泡沫量与携砂能力间的关系,发现了当消泡剂浓度低于300 mg/L和泡沫量高于0.85时,该体系对大粒径的砂依旧具有良好的携带能力。For oil wells with loose geological cementation,severe sand production has become a major factor restricting the productivity of oil wells.The commonly used hydraulic sand washing is accompanied by serious leakage,while the new foam sand washing technology is faced with a series of challenges such as difficult sand carrying,difficult defoaming and sand removal.To solve this problem,a composite foaming agent system composed of surfactant,polymer foam stabilizer and polyether defoamer was screened through orthogonal experiments.Related tests show that this system has the advantages of fast defoaming,renewability,resistance to oil invasion,and easy sand carrying.At the same time,by studying the relationship between foam quality and sand carrying capacity,it is found that when the concentration of defoamer is lower than 300 mg/L and the foam quality is higher than 0.85,the system still has good carrying capacity for large size sand.
