小型低压直流断路器借助永磁体提高临界负载电流开断能力的研究

摘  要:针对小型低压直流断路器在开断临界负载电流时,由于电弧所受磁吹和气吹作用较弱,电路开断困难的问题,在静触头组件拐角处增加1个永磁体。分析小型低压直流断路器的熄弧机理,并对增加永磁体前后的小型低压直流断路器进行磁场仿真和试验验证。结果表明,增加永磁体可以增强电弧所处位置磁场强度,增大电弧受到的洛伦兹力,有助于提高小型低压直流断路器开断临界负载电流的能力。When the small low voltage DC circuit breaker breaks the critical load current,it is difficult to break the circuit because of the weak effect of magnetic blowing and gas blowing on the arc.A permanent magnet is added at the corner of the static contact assembly.Through analyzing the quenching mechanism of miniature low voltage DC circuit breaker,the magnetic field simulation and test verification of miniature low voltage DC circuit breaker before and after adding permanent magnet are carried out.The results show that the addition of permanent magnets can enhance the magnetic field intensity at the position of the arc,increase the Lorentz force of the arc,and help the miniature low voltage DC circuit breaker to improve the ability of breaking the critical load current.
