摘  要:磁脱扣器是直流断路器的关键部件,直接决定直流断路器的短路保护性能。对基于饱和磁路的磁脱扣器进行建模和特性仿真计算,获取不同电流下的磁力曲线,并与传统的单磁路磁脱扣器进行特性对比分析。结果表明,基于饱和磁路的磁脱扣器具有更高的脱扣精度和动作可靠性,为磁脱扣器的设计优化提供了依据。The magnetic release is the key component of DC circuit breaker,which directly determines the short circuit protection performance of DC circuit breaker.The magnetic release based on saturation magnetic circuit is modeled and simulated to obtain the magnetic curve of different currents,and the characteristics of the magnetic release based on saturation magnetic circuit are compared with the traditional single magnetic circuit magnetic release.The results prove that the magnetic release based on saturation magnetic circuit has higher release accuracy and operation reliability,which provides a basis for the design and optimization of magnetic release.
