摘 要:在配电系统中,塑壳式断路器(MCCB)可起到对线路的短路电流进行保护的作用。但是利用传统的脱扣方式(螺管式、旋转拍合式)实现短路电流保护时,存在其配用电结构并不能随着负载灵活变换等问题。为此,简述磁可调电磁脱扣器结构的设计要点,基于Ansys软件对电磁脱扣器的静态特性和动态特性进行分析,通过仿真实例和试验等方法对设计进行验证。结果表明磁可调电磁脱扣器动作可靠,提高了塑壳式断路器的过电流保护性能。In power distribution systems,molded case circuit breaker(MCCB) play a role in protecting the short-circuit current of line.However,when using this traditional tripping method(screw tube type and rotary snap on type) to achieve protection against short-circuit current,the power distribution structure cannot flexibly change with the load.Therefore,the design points of the structure of the magnetic adjustable electromagnetic release is described.Based on Ansys software,the static and dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic release are analyzed,and the design results are verified through simulation examples and experiments.The reliability of the magnetic adjustable electromagnetic release is verified,and the overcurrent protection performance of the molded case circuit breaker is improved.
