摘　　要：李东垣的清暑益气汤是调理脾胃内伤经典方,被广泛运用在临床。陈贱平主任认为随着当代人的生活水平的提高以及生活方式的改变,给脾胃造成巨大的负担,长期以往导致脾胃功能失调,进而出现脾胃虚弱不能升清降浊、调畅气机、运化水谷,从而造成神疲乏力、胃胀、头晕、腹胀、腹泻等临床症状。秉承“脾胃内伤,百病由生”的思想,临床常用清暑益气汤治疗脾胃、肝胆、虚劳等疾病,疗效显著。笔者从病因病机、方药分析、验案方面介绍陈贱平主任应用清暑益气汤治疗多种内科疾病的诊疗经验。Li Dongyuan's Qingshu Yiqi decoction is a classic formula for regulating spleen and stomach internal injuries and is widely used in clinical practice.Director Chen Jianping believes that with the improvement of living standards and changes in lifestyle of contemporary people,it has caused a huge burden on the spleen and stomach,leading to long-term dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,which in turn leads to spleen and stomach weakness,inability to clear and reduce turbidity,regulate qi,and transport water and valleys,resulting in symptoms such as mental fatigue,stomach loss,abdominal pain,and diarrhea.Adhering to the concept of"internal injury of the spleen and stomach,all diseases arise",Qingshu Yiqi decoction is commonly used in clinical practice to treat diseases such as spleen and stomach,liver and gallbladder,deficiency and fatigue,with significant therapeutic effects.The author introduces Director Chen Jianping's diagnosis and treatment experience in using Qingshu Yiqi decoction to treat various internal medicine diseases from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis,herbal analysis,and case verification.
