摘  要:随着慢性肾脏病(CKD)发病率逐年增长,孕前或孕期发现合并CKD的患者逐年增多。对于肾脏疾病患者的妊娠期管理越来越重要,患有CKD的女性在妊娠期间面临着诸多挑战,如肾病进展风险,胎儿生长受限,药物的潜在致畸性,子痫前期和早产等并发症的风险增加。为确保孕妇和胎儿良好结局,需要肾内科、产科、生殖健康科等多学科医师规范评估CKD患者妊娠的风险,适时调整用药,严密监测以早期发现孕妇和胎儿并发症,稳定患者的病情,确定最安全的妊娠和分娩时机。As the incidence of chronic kidney disease(CKD)increases year by year,the number of patients with CKD is increasing year by year before or during pregnancy.Pregnancy management is increasingly important for patients with kidney disease,and women with CKD face a number of challenges during pregnancy,such as the risk of kidney disease progression,fetal growth restriction,the potential teratogenicity of medications,and an increased risk of complications such as preeclampsia and preterm birth.In order to ensure a good outcome for pregnant women and the fetus,it is necessary for multidisciplinary physicians in the department of nephrology,obstetrics,reproductive health and other departments to assess the risk of pregnancy in patients with CKD in a standardized manner,adjust medication in a timely manner,and closely monitor to detect maternal and fetal complications early,stabilize the patient's condition,and determine the safest time for pregnancy and delivery.
