摘  要:在医疗联合体模式下,基层卫生人才队伍建设是促进卫生服务质量和提升医疗水平的关键环节。针对县、乡、村三级医疗体系建设,本文探讨了在县域医共体建设下如何完善基层卫生人才队伍的培训、激励机制和监管考核。针对基层医疗人才吸引和留存问题,从县级培训支持、乡级激励机制、村级团队建设方面提出了策略建议,以促进人才队伍建设的可持续发展。同时,针对监管和考核方面,强调了建立监管机构、设定考核指标和推动医护人员自我管理的重要性,以提高基层卫生人才队伍的整体素质和服务水平。In the medical consortium model,the construction of grassroots health talent teams is a key link in promoting the quality of health services and improving medical level.This article explores how to improve the training,incentive mechanism,and regulatory assessment of grassroots health talent teams under the construction of county-level medical communities,in response to the construction of the county-level medical system.In response to the issue of attracting and retaining grassroots medical talents,strategic suggestions have been proposed from the aspects of county-level training support,township level incentive mechanisms,and village level team building to promote the sustainable development of talent team construction.At the same time,in terms of regulation and assessment,the importance of establishing regulatory agencies,setting assessment indicators,and promoting self-management of medical staff was emphasized to improve the overall quality and service level of grassroots health talent teams.
