摘　　要：随着国家医疗卫生事业的快速发展,医疗影像技术也不断完善,放射技术在临床诊断和治疗中得到了广泛应用。然而,若放射卫生管理不到位,可能对医护人员及患者的健康产生不良影响,使得医疗机构的放射卫生管理工作难度显著增加。本文通过查阅相关文献和资料,并结合医疗机构放射卫生工作的调查情况,具体问题具体分析,旨在建立健全管理网络与制度,落实依法执业,加大对放射工作人员的管理力度,强化对放射性场所及放射性医疗废物的管理,从而最大限度减少放射卫生管理中的风险,持续提升放射卫生管理的工作质量、水平及效果。Objective With the rapid development of national medical and health undertakings,medical imaging technology has been continuously improved,and radiation technology has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.However,if the radiation health management is not in place,it may have a negative impact on the health of medical staff and patients,making the radiation health management of medical institutions significantly more difficult.In this paper,by consulting relevant literature and data,combined with the investigation of radiological health work in medical institutions,the specific problems are analyzed in detail,aiming to establish and improve the management network and system,implement the practice according to law,increase the management of radiation workers,strengthen the management of radioactive sites and radioactive medical waste,so as to minimize the risks in radiological health management,and continuously improve the quality,level and effect of radiological health management.
