环节质量管理在提高消化科护士护理质量中的作用

摘　　要：目的分析环节质量管理在提高消化科护士护理质量中的作用。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月枣庄市山亭区桑村镇中心卫生院的10名消化科护士作为研究对象,根据管理方式的不同进行分组,2021年8月—2022年2月采取常规管理为对照组,2022年3月—2022年8月实施环节质量管理为观察组,对比两组护士的管理质量评分、工作压力评分、工作投入度与工作差错发生率。结果观察组管理质量评分高于对照组,护理工作压力感评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组工作投入度为100.00%(10/10)高于对照组的80.00%(8/10),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组出现1例护理延迟,1例环境卫生不合格,2例护理文书写作错误。观察组未发生工作差错情况。结论环节质量管理对消化科护士护理管理质量具有提升作用,并能够减轻护士的工作压力,减少工作差错,提升其工作投入度,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the role of link quality management in improving the nursing quality of digestive department nurses.Methods From August 2021 to August 2022,10 nurses in the digestive department of Sangcun Town Central Hospital in Shanting District of Zaozhuang City were selected as the research objects,and grouped according to different management methods.From August 2021 to February 2022,routine management was adopted as the control group,and from March 2022 to August 2022,link quality management was implemented as the observation group.The management quality score,work pressure score,work engagement and work error rate of the two groups of nurses were compared.Results The management quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the nursing work pressure score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The work engagement of the observation group was 100.00%(10/10)higher than 80.00%(8/10)of the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group,there were 1 case of delayed nursing,1 case of unqualified environmental hygiene,and 2 cases of nursing document writing errors.There was no work error in the observation group.Conclusion The link quality management has a improvement effect on the quality of nursing management of nurses in the digestive department,and can reduce the work pressure of nurses,reduce work errors,and improve their work engagement,which is worthy of reference.
