摘 要:目的分析精益管理对医院医疗服务质量的影响。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月在昆山市康复医院工作的186名医务人员为研究对象,2023年1—6月实施常规管理,为对照组,2023年7月—2024年1月实施精益管理,为观察组。比较两组医务人员工作质量、对管理模式的满意度、服务能力评分。结果观察组病房环境管理、消毒隔离管理、安全管理、药品物品管理、工作效率评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医务人员对管理模式满意度评分比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组服务能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论精益管理模式在医院医疗服务管理中的应用可以提升医务人员的工作质量和服务能力,满足医务人员对管理模式的需求,确保医疗服务工作高效、高质量开展。Objective To analyze the influence of lean management on hospital medical service quality.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,186 medical staff working in Kunshan Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research objects.Routine management from January to June 2023 was implemented and set as the control group,and lean management from July 2023 to January 2024 was implemented and set as the observation group.Compare the work quality,the satisfaction with the management mode,and the service ability score of the two groups.Results The scores of ward environmental management,disinfection and isolation management,safety management,drug management,work efficiency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Medical staff in the observation group had higher satisfaction scores on the management mode than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The service ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of lean management mode in hospital medical service management can improve the work quality and service ability of medical staff,meet the needs of medical staff for the management mode,and ensure the efficient and high-quality development of medical service work.
