摘　　要：目的探讨医院护理质量管理中三级质控联合二级督查推动一级科室质控管理模式的应用效果。方法选取2023年4月—2024年3月吉林省中医药科学院第一临床医院13名护理人员作为研究对象。2023年4—9月实施常规护理管理模式,设为对照组;2023年10月—2024年3月实施院、科、组三级护理质控联合二级科室督查推动一级科室质控护理管理模式,设为观察组。比较两组护理人员的护理质量评分、护理管理满意度及护理能力。结果观察组的护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),观察组的护理满意度(94.10±3.10)分高于对照组的(87.40±2.70)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.578,P<0.05),观察组的护理能力考核评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论运用院、科、组三级护理质量控制联合二级科室督查推动一级科室质控管理模式可以更好提升护理质量管理水平。Objective To explore the application effect of three-level quality control combined with two-level supervision in hospital nursing quality management.Methods A total of thirteen nursing staff from the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects.From April to September 2023,the routine nursing management model was implemented and set as the control group;and from October 2023 to March 2024,the three-level nursing quality control of the hospital,department,and group was implemented in conjunction with the second-level departmental supervision to promote the first-level departmental quality control nursing management model,and set as the observation group.The nursing quality score,nursing management satisfaction and nursing ability of nursing staff were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.10±3.10,which was higher than that of the control group 87.40±2.70,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.578,P<0.05).The nursing ability assessment scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The use of hospital,department,group three-level nursing quality control and second-level department supervision to promote the first-level department quality control management model can better improve the level of nursing quality management.
