摘 要:目的探析品管圈(quality control circle,QCC)在医院药事管理中的应用价值。方法选取2023年1—12月滕州市龙泉社区卫生服务中心的药师24名作为研究对象,抽取同期7422张处方进行药学服务调查。根据是否实施QCC管理,分为两组。其中3576张处方开展传统药事服务,即实施前(2023年1—6月)样本;3846张处方开展QCC药事服务,即实施后(2023年7—12月)样本。为验证管理价值,比较两组药师对管理的满意度、药师无形成果评分、药事管理相关有形指标。结果实施后的管理满意度为100.00%(24/24),高于实施前的75.00%(18/24),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.857,P<0.05)。实施后的药师无形成果评分均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施后的药事管理相关有形指标均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在医院药学服务管理中实施QCC管理,不仅提升了药师的满意度,还优化了药事管理的多项指标,具有借鉴价值。Objective To explore the application value of quality control circle(QCC)in hospital pharmacy management.Methods A total of twenty-four pharmacists from Longquan Community Health Service Center in Tengzhou City from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects,and 7422 prescriptions were selected for pharmaceutical service survey during the same period.They are divided into two groups according to whether the QCC provides pharmaceutical services.Among them,3576 prescriptions were used to carry out traditional pharmaceutical services,that was before implementation(January to June 2023);QCC pharmacy services were carried out in 3846 prescriptions,that was after implementation(July to December 2023).In order to verify the management value,the two groups of pharmacists'satisfaction with management,pharmacists'intangible achievement scores,and tangible indicators related to pharmaceutical management were compared.Results The management satisfaction after the implementation was 100.00%(24/24),which was higher than that before the implementation of 75.00%(18/24),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.857,P<0.05).The scores of pharmacists'intangible outcomes after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The tangible indicators related to pharmaceutical administration after the implementation were higher than those before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of QCC management in hospital pharmacy service management not only improves the satisfaction of pharma-cists,but also optimizes a number of indicators of pharmacy management,which has reference value.
