摘　　要：目的探究PDCA循环干预对消毒供应中心清洗灭菌合格率的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月江苏省连云港市妇幼保健院消毒供应中心的10名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—12月行常规干预管理作为对照组,2023年1—12月行PDCA循环干预管理作为观察组。对比两组医疗器械的清洁灭菌合格情况、消毒供应中心工作人员不良事件发生情况以及工作满意度。结果观察组器械清洁灭菌合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生12起,对照组共发生不良事件29起;观察组工作满意度评分为(9.46±0.24)分,高于对照组的(8.94±0.10)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.325,P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环干预有利于提高消毒供应中心清洗灭菌合格率,减少消毒供应中心不良事件发生概率,提高工作人员对干预管理的满意度。Objective To explore the influence of PDCA cycle intervention on the qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of ten staff members from the Disinfection Supply Center of Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangsu Province from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.Routine intervention management was administered from January to December 2022 as the control group,and PDCA cycle intervention management was administered from January to December 2023 as the observation group.The qualification of cleaning and sterilization,the occurrence of adverse events and job satisfaction of the staff in the disinfection supply center were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning and sterilization in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 12 adverse events in the observation group and 29 in the control group.The score of job satisfaction in the observation group was 9.46±0.24,higher than 8.94±0.10 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.325,P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle intervention is beneficial to improve the qualified rate of cleaning and sterilization in the disinfection supply center,reduce the probability of adverse events in the disinfection supply center,and improve the staff's satisfaction with intervention management.
