PDCA循环管理模式在药库药品供应管理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在药库药品供应管理中应用PDCA循环管理模式的价值。方法选取2023年1—12月阳江市中医医院药学部药库药品供应管理中心的10名工作人员作为研究对象,2023年1—6月使用常规药品管理方法,为对照组;2023年7—12月使用PDCA循环管理模式,为研究组。对照组共发放30000件药品,研究组共发放28000件药品,对比两组药品管理效果、药品缺货率、药品准确率以及药品不合格报损率。结果研究组药库环境、药品分类、药品储存及库管人员培训评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。对照组药品缺货率为1.79%(536/30000)高于研究组0.36%(102/28000),对照组药品准确率97.69%(29307/30000)低于研究组99.80%(27944/28000),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=269.336、505.833,P均<0.05)。研究组药品总体不合格报损率为0.35%(98/28000),对照组药品总体不合格报损率为0.71%(213/30000)。结论在医院药库药品供应管理中,PDCA循环管理模式展现出较好应用效果,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the value of applying PDCA cycle management mode in drug supply management of drug storehouse.Methods Selected ten staff members of the drug supply management center of the pharmacy department of the pharmacy department of Yangjiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 as the research objects.From January to June 2023,routine drug management methods were used as the control group.From July to December 2023,PDCA cycle management mode was used as the research group.A total of 30,000 drugs were distributed in the control group and 28,000 drugs were distributed in the study group.The drug management effect,drug shortage rate,drug accuracy rate and drug unqualified report loss rate were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of drug store environment,drug classification,drug storage and personnel training in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The drug shortage rate of the control group was 1.79%(536/30000)higher than that of the study group 0.36%(102/28000),and the drug accuracy rate of the control group was 97.69%(29307/30000)lower than that of the study group 99.80%(27944/28000),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=269.336,505.833,both P<0.05).The overall unqualified loss rate of drugs in the study group was 0.35%(98/28000),and the overall unqualified loss rate of drugs in the control group was 0.71%(213/30000).Conclusion In the drug supply management of hospital drug storehouse,PDSA cycle management mode shows good application effect,which is worthy of reference.
