OEC管理模式对精神科封闭病房责任护士工作质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨采用日清日结工作方法(overall every control and clear,OEC)对精神科封闭病房责任护士的工作质量的影响。方法选取2021年1—12月滕州市精神卫生中心精神科封闭病房的20名责任护士设为参照组,给予常规管理;选取2022年1—12月本院同一批责任护士设为研究组,给予OEC管理。对比两组护士的护理差错事件发生率、护理意外事件发生率、护理质量评分结果、管理满意度评分。结果研究组未发生护理差错以及护理意外事件,参照组出现护理差错1次,护理意外事件1次;研究组精神科封闭病房责任护士基础护理评分、专科护理评分、安全护理评分、护理文书评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组精神科封闭病房责任护士管理态度评分、专业技术评分、管理环节评分、管理人员同护理人员关系评分、管理配合评分、管理效果评分较参照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论医院针对精神科封闭病房责任护士合理采用OEC管理模式进行干预,可提升护理质量以及管理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of overall every control and clear(OEC)on the quality of work of primary nurses in closed psychiatric ward.Methods From January to December 2021,twenty responsible nurses in the psychiatric closed ward of Tengzhou Mental Health Center were selected as the reference group and given routine management.The same group of responsible nurses in our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study group and given OEC management.The incidence of nursing error events,the incidence of nursing accidents,the score of nursing quality and the score of management satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results No nursing errors and nursing accidents occurred in the study group;there was 1 nursing error and 1 nursing accident in the reference group.The basic nursing score,specialist nursing score,safety nursing score and nursing document score of the responsible nurses in the psychiatric closed ward of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management attitude score,professional technology score,management link score,relationship score between managers and nursing staff,management cooperation score and management effect score of the responsible nurses in the psychiatric closed ward of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The hospital's intervention in the rational use of OEC management mode for the responsible nurses in the psychiatric closed ward can improve the quality of nursing and management satisfaction.
