精细化管理对提高医院后勤保障服务能力的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在医院后勤管理中应用精细化管理对后勤保障服务能力的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月柳州市红十字会医院后勤服务部40名工作人员为研究对象,2022年1—6月实施常规管理模式,2022年7月—2023年1月实施精细化管理。对比实施前后勤保障服务能力评分及工作人员对管理措施的满意度。结果实施后工作人员各项后勤保障服务能力评分结果较实施前均提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实施后工作人员对管理措施的满意度为97.50%(39/40),高于实施前的80.00%(32/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05)。结论精细化管理用于医院后勤管理时,可显著提升工作人员的后勤保障服务能力,并可提高工作人员的满意度。Objective To analyze the influence of the application of fine management in hospital logistics management on logistics support service ability.Methods Forty staff members of the Logistics Service Department of Liuzhou Red Cross Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.From January to June 2022,routine management was implemented,and from July 2022 to January 2023,fine management was implemented.The score of logistics support service ability and staff's satisfaction with management measures before implementation were compared.Results The score results of logistic support service ability of staff after implementation were improved compared with those before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After the implementation of the management measures,the satisfaction of the staff was 97.50%(39/40),higher than 80.00%(32/40)before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.507,P<0.05).Conclusion When fine management is applied to hospital logistics management,it can significantly improve the logistics support service capabilities of staff and increase their satisfaction.
