药剂科参与用药管理模式在抗菌药物合理使用中的干预效果

摘　　要：目的探究药剂科参与到用药管理中对促进抗菌药物合理应用的价值。方法选取2022年4月—2023年1月在陆河县河田镇中心卫生院药房工作的6名工作人员为对照组,实施常规管理;2023年2—11月将同一批工作人员作为研究组,实施药剂科参与用药管理,每组选取120张抗菌药物处方为观察对象。对比两组处方不合理情况及工作人员工作质量。结果研究组抗菌药物处方不合理率为0.83%(1/120),较对照组的8.33%(10/120)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.717,P<0.05)。研究组工作人员药品管理能力、药品服务能力、工作态度与工作效率评分均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论药剂科参与用药管理可降低抗菌药物不合理率,提高工作人员工作质量。Objective To analyze the clinical values of the pharmaceutical medication management in the rational usage of antibacterial agents.Methods From April 2022 to January 2023,six staff working in the pharmacy of Hetian Town Central Health Center in Luhe County were selected as the control group to implement routine management;From February to November 2023,the same group of staff will be used as the research group to implement the pharmacy department to participate in drug management,and 120 antimicrobial prescriptions for each group will be selected as the observation objects.The unreasonable situation of prescription and the working quality of staff were compared between the two groups.Results The irrational rate of antibiotics prescription in the research group 0.83%(1/120)were lower than 8.33%(1/120)of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.717,P<0.05);The scores of drug management ability,drug service ability,work attitude and work efficiency in the research group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu-sion The participation of pharmacy department in drug administration can reduce the irrational rate of antibacterial drugs and improve the quality of staff's work.
