全程细节质控管理在消毒供应中心外来器械中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究消毒供应中心外来器械应用全程细节质控管理的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月宁夏医科大学总医院口腔医院供应室回收的2852件医疗器械和37名工作人员为研究对象,2021年1—12月的1426件医疗器械和37名工作人员为对照组,实施常规管理模式,2022年1—12月的1426件医疗器械和37名工作人员为观察组,实施全程细节质控管理模式。比较两组工作人员医疗器械的管理质量、器械检测合格率、工作人员满意评分。结果观察组工作人员器械管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组器械目测法、放大镜法、ATP生物荧光法检测合格率分别为99.23%(1415/1426)、97.76%(1394/1426)、95.09%(1356/1426),均高于对照组的98.04%(1398/1426)、96.14%(1371/1426)、92.85%(1324/1426),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.513、6.272、6.336,P均<0.05)。观察组工作人员满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论全程细节质控管理模式在提高医疗器械管理质量、检测合格率、提高工作人员满意度方面效果更加显著。Objective To explore the effect of whole-process detailed quality control management of external instru-ments in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 2852 medical devices and 37 staff recovered from the Supply Room of the Stomatological Hospital,General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.A total of 1426 medical devices and 37 staff from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and the routine management mode was implemented.A total of 1426 medi-cal devices and 37 staff from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the whole-process detailed quality control management mode was implemented.The management quality,qualified rate of instru-ment detection and staff satisfaction of medical devices were compared between the two groups.Results The quality scores of equipment management in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The qualified rates of instrument visual method,magnifying glass method and ATP bioluminescence method in the observation group were 99.23%(1415/1426),97.76%(1394/1426)and 95.09%(1356/1426),respectively,which were higher than 98.04%(1398/1426),96.14%(1371/1426)and 92.85%(1324/1426)in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.513,6.272,6.336,all P<0.05).The staff satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process detailed quality control manage-ment model has a more significant effect in improving the quality of medical device management,the qualified rate of detection and the satisfaction of staff.
