PDCA循环结合6S理论在心电监护报警管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环结合6S理论在心电监护报警管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年6月贵州医科大学第二附属医院负责心电监护仪维护的16名护理人员作为研究对象,2023年7—12月实施传统管理模式,为传统组;2024年1—6月实施PDCA循环结合6S理论管理模式,为探究组。对比两组心电监护仪相关技能考核评分、仪器设备管理评分、工作压力评分、不良事件发生情况。结果探究组心电监护仪相关技能考核评分、仪器设备管理评分及工作压力评分均优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。探究组不良事件发生3例,而传统组心电监护仪设备管理相关不良事件发生7例。结论PDCA循环结合6S理论在心电监护报警管理中的应用能够显著提高护理人员的技能水平,改善仪器设备管理情况,降低不良事件发生情况,并减轻护理人员的工作压力。Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle combined with 6S theory in the management of cardiac monitoring alarms.Methods Sixteen nurses in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University who were responsible for the maintenance of electrocardiograph monitor from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.The traditional management mode was implemented from July to December 2023,and they were divided into the traditional group.From January to June 2024,the PDCA cycle combined with 6S theoretical manage-ment model was implemented as the exploration group The scores of electrocardiograph monitor related skills assess-ment,equipment management scores,work pressure scores and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of electrocardiograph monitor related skills assessment,equipment management scores and work pressure scores of the exploration group were better than those of the traditional group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(all P<0.05).There were 3 cases of adverse events in the exploration group,and 7 cases of adverse events related to the management of electrocardiograph monitoring equipment in the traditional group.Conclusion The application of the PDCA cycle combined with the 6S theory in the management of cardiac monitoring alarms can significantly improve the skill level of nursing staff,improve the management of instruments and equipment,reduce the incidence of adverse events,and reduce the work pressure of nursing staff.
