摘  要:目的探究在急诊抢救室实施急诊信息化管理对改善患者滞留情况的作用。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在广西壮族自治区人民医院急诊抢救室工作的20名医务工作者为研究对象。按照科室时间线节点不同分成参照组(2022年1—12月实施常规管理)和观察组(2023年1—12月实施信息化管理),两组均为同一批医护工作者,对比信息化管理系统实施前后抢救室患者滞留情况、医护工作者急诊抢救工作效率以及医护工作者对急诊抢救室工作的满意度。结果观察组患者急诊抢救室24 h滞留率、24 h平均滞留时间均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。相较于参照组,观察组患者的抢救护理措施完成时间、接诊到确诊时间、确诊到专科治疗时间更短,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组医务工作者对急诊抢救室工作满意度为100.00%(20/20),高于参照组的70.00%(14/20),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.059,P<0.05)。结论在急诊抢救室,运用信息化转科管理模式,可降低急诊抢救室患者滞留率,缩短患者的滞留时间,使患者及时得到救治,从而提高医护工作者的工作效率,给急诊抢救室创造更多效益。Objective To explore the effect of emergency information management on improving patient retention in emergency room.Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,a total of 20 medical workers working in the emer-gency room of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People's Hospital were selected as the study objects.Accord-ing to the different timeline nodes of the department,they were divided into reference group(implementation of con-ventional management from January to December 2022)and observation group(implementation of information manage-ment from January to December 2023),20 cases in each group.Both groups were the same group of medical workers.The retention of patients in the emergency room before and after the implementation of the information management system,the efficiency of emergency rescue work of medical workers and the satisfaction of medical workers with the emergency room were compared.Results The 24 h retention rate and 24 h average retention time of the emergency rescue room in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statisti-cally significant(both P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the completion time of rescue nursing measures,the time from admission to diagnosis,and the time from diagnosis to specialist treatment in the observation group were shorter,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The job satisfaction of medical workers in the ob-servation group was 100.00%(20/20),which was higher than 70.00%(14/20)in the reference group,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.059,P<0.05).Conclusion In the emergency room,the use of information trans-fer management mode can reduce the retention rate of patients in the emergency room,shorten the retention time of pa-tients,so that patients can be treated in time,so as to improve the work efficiency of medical workers and create more benefits for the emergency room.
